So, how does one use snuff, you ask? Well, no matter if it’s Kendal Brown SP, Poschl’s snuffs, Toque or even the American Scotch snuffs, it’s the same technique with all of them. There are two basic methods of snuff taking, the pinch method and the hand method. The pinch method works well with Gawith Hoggarth snuffs as well as all the English blends and the American Scotches. What you do is to take a small pinch from the snuff can with your thumb and forefinger, raise it to your nostrils and sniff lightly while slowly releasing the snuff from your fingers. |
